the South African Human Rights Commission on the 11th March 2014.

This comes after a spade of service delivery protests were people lost their lives because of water and sanitation and a lack of service delivery in poor communities

Water and Sanitation is a necessity and not a luxury, we are in the 20th century and will be celebrating 20 years of democracy in South Africa.

It is still unreal to see how many South Africans don’t have access to running water, whilst people is making use of the bucket system, long drops and pit toilets in municipalities.
